It’s the disturbing principle behind this whole idea that the government simply has the authority to secretly fabricate evidence against ANY American citizen and secretly kill ANY American citizen. That includes YOU and YOUR FAMILY as well – if you’re U.S. citizens – being subordinate to this power.

Now this is debatable topic. Now, on the one hand, is this guy who took off to join our enemy, mind you he left the country. We didn’t blow him up on our soil. Can you really consider him an American when he directly and obviously betray us?
On the contrary this is still the Patriot Act at work. What if we did capture him instead of just killing him? What if we did give him a fair trial? He’d be guilty sure, but would he be jailed for life? Or see the error of his ways?
